The Nano Spectrophotometer NS-B10 is a compact and tabletop unit equipped with a UV-silicon photocell detector and UV-LED light source. It provides a fixed wavelength range of 260 nm and 280 nm, with a path length of 0.5 mm. With a minimum sample size requirement of 1 to 2 µl, it swiftly detects nucleic acid concentration and purity at the 260/280 ratio within 6 seconds. Additionally, it features an OD600 optical path with LED light source, offering a wavelength range of 600 ± 8 nm for bacteria concentration detection. Designed with a 7-inch touch screen display, compatibility with Android software, and an aluminum alloy and quartz fiber sample pedestal, it also includes a built-in printer and USB interface for easy data processing.
